"Abandoned Love" I have always loved you with the dust of my existence, Never a minute later or a second too soon. I have made art out of you in my head, Stealing glimpses when you were not looking. Your presence reflects in my hunger and still lingers in my poetry... As you were the only star in my entire universe, Giving solace to my tender aching soul. The warmth of your existence gave me the formidable drive to love you unconditionally. With those uncontrollable & uncontainable eyes of yours, you nudged me into this realm of romanticism. Remember? I used to say, "I will invade your heart one day, that day resistance will be pointless and you will have to surrender yourself to me with all your love."
